GOOD FORECAST: Money magazine’s new guide on starting and running a business gives several reasons for heading our way. The magazine says the county will rank behind only Fort Pierce, Fla., in job growth in the next five years, presaging “a growing economy.” . . . The county also ranks second in expected population growth in the next five years, trailing the Los Angeles-Long Beach area. That means more “new customers, a benefit to retail and service businesses.”
