* Simsbury, Connecticut-based Kollmorgen Corp. said President and Chief Executive John L. Youngblood has resigned to pursue another business opportunity. Youngblood had previously announced his intention to resign by July 1, the company said. George P. Stephan, Kollmorgen’s chairman, will assume Youngblood’s duties on an interim basis. Youngblood also resigned from the company’s board.
