BAILOUT? Last week’s Supreme Court ruling that abortion counseling can’t take place in federally funded family planning clinics may lead Planned Parenthood, which operates many such clinics, to reject U.S. dollars. . . . But help may come from Newport Beach’s Harry and Grace Steele Foundation, which has given millions to Planned Parenthood. . . . The foundation’s Richard Steele says he and other trustees were “very disappointed” with the ruling and expect to “have a good hard look” at helping the organization recover.
