Nancy Overfield-Delmar has been named vice president of marketing, licensing and merchandising of Fox Inc. She will be responsible for the creation and execution of all of Fox’s retail tie-ins. She will also oversee the marketing--including advertising, publicity and promotion--of all Fox film and television properties for the licensing division.

Overfield-Delmar previously served as manager of special events and publicity for Dallas-based J. C. Penney Co.
