Elena and Her Men (Bravo Monday at 8 p.m.). Jean Renoir’s 1956 carnal comedy, about love and politics swirling around the lovely Elena (Ingrid Bergman) during the Boulanger Affair; regarded by aficionados as one of his late classics.

Blue Collar (Channel 13 Wednesday at 10 a.m.). The directorial debut of Paul Schrader and still one of his best films: Richard Pryor, Harvey Keitel and Yaphet Kotto in an iconoclastic heist thriller, set against a backdrop of factory work and union corruption.

While the City Sleeps (TNT Wednesday at 11 a.m.). One of director Fritz Lang’s two personal favorites from his Hollywood career, a cynical 1956 newspaper drama with an unusually flavorful cast: Dana Andrews, Ida Lupino, George Sanders, Vincent Price and Thomas Mitchell.
