Where’s the Beef?: Two tons of muscle will protect Andrew Dice Clay during his Aug. 29 performance in Salt Lake City. The contract for the appearance calls for 25 security guards with a combined weight of at least 4,000 pounds. Promoters--who note that while this is a comedy show it “tends to take on a rock-concert atmosphere”--will pay the bill. Why 4,000 pounds? “For humor,” said the concert promoter.
