Anderson Responding: Dame Judith Anderson, hospitalized more than two weeks with an undisclosed ailment, was described Monday by her doctors as doing well and “in pretty good condition.” The 93-year-old actress was admitted to St. Francis Hospital in Santa Barbara on Aug. 4 for tests. There was no elaboration. Last week, doctors reported the actress was alert and responding to treatment. It wasn’t known when she would be released.
