NBC Views Urban Issues: All next week, NBC News programs will look at issues facing American cities in a series of special reports called “City Limits.” Los Angeles figures in two of the reports: a segment of Sunday’s “Real Life With Jane Pauley” on crime, drugs and the revolving doors of the courts, and Tom Brokaw reporting from Los Angeles on teen-age killers next Thursday on “NBC Nightly News.” The series is a joint venture with Newsweek, which will do a tie-in section in the magazine.
