Orion Will Miss Payments: Orion Pictures Corp. announced that it will miss a $50-million bank payment and a $2.5-million interest payment. The financially troubled entertainment company said it would discuss the status of the delinquent $50-million payment with its banks. Orion is seeking to complete a restructuring agreement with its creditors.
