No. 1-ranked Boris Becker will miss this month’s Davis Cup semifinals against the United States because of his injured right thigh, German team captain Niki Pilic said.
Becker complained of a thigh injury after he was swept in straight sets in the third round of the U.S. Open by Dutchman Paul Haarhuis.
