Regarding the letter, “Owners Bear Guilt in Dog Death” on Sept. 2.
I watched Channel 13 on Aug. 26, which showed where the Reifert family lives. This happened not in a park, but on private property, which was clearly posted as such.
How can the Reiferts be guilty of cruelty to Rosy when the jogger was on private property and with a gun in his fanny pack?
