MARINA: With a crucial vote due Wednesday night affecting control of a county marina at Huntington Harbour, the leanings of the Harbors, Beaches and Parks commissioners remain uncertain. At issue: whether to endorse a 30-year renewal of a private lease controlling Sunset Marina Park. . . . The proposal has spurred controversy--in part because it excludes competitive bidding and comes eight years before the existing lease expires. If the panel backs the lease renewal, the matter goes to the Board of Supervisors.
