Dodger outfielder Stan Javier will have arthroscopic surgery on his right elbow, the club announced. The operation will be performed Thursday by Dr. Frank Jobe at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. Jobe also examined pitcher Tim Crews and said he apparently will not require surgery on an inflamed ligament in his right knee.
