A San Bernardino County deputy sheriff was arrested Friday on suspicion of kidnaping a Chula Vista Police Department reserve officer.
Perez Moore, 33, was arrested about 11 a.m. Friday in the 3100 block of Hilltop Drive in Lemon Grove, sheriff’s spokeswoman Pearl Janulewicz said. Moore was arrested at the home of his ex-girlfriend, Reserve Officer Dawn Moore, who authorities say he kidnaped in December and again in August.
