Fans Get Irish Up About USC

A letter from last week typifies the pompous superiority complex that afflicts many USC football “faithful.” Craig Adkins wrote: “Trojan fans have earned and deserve a team that wins every week.”
The only way Trojan followers have earned a winner is if the school’s outlandishly inflated entrance fees are a consideration. And the only thing Trojan fans deserve is a band that knows a few songs other than “Conquest” and “Fight On.”
