Stoy to Direct Beckman Systems Development

Robert Stoy has been appointed director of new systems development for Beckman Instruments Inc., a Fullerton manufacturer of clinical and research laboratory systems. In his new position, he will direct all development activities for major new products created by the diagnostic systems group in Brea. Previously, Stoy was director of hardware development for Beckman.
