Another Delay: Don’t cast the opening date for the new Broadway musical “Nick & Nora” in cement just yet. First announced for a Nov. 10 opening, the date was changed last week to Dec. 2, and now has been moved to Dec. 8. The $4.3 million musical, starring Barry Bostwick and Joanna Gleason as the husband-and-wife detective team, has been undergoing revisions since it started preview performances Oct. 8.
