The Phoenix Cardinals claimed quarterback Chris Chandler on waivers from Tampa Bay, which released the fourth-year pro one day earlier. . . . Quarterback Don Majkowski, knocked out of last Sunday’s game because of a hamstring injury, rejoined the Green Bay Packers for practice, and his status was elevated to questionable for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.
