Two Men of La Mancha: Composer Mitch Leigh will conduct tonight’s opening of “Man of La Mancha” at the Pantages Theatre, marking the 25th anniversary of the Tony-winning musical. . . . Sunday night, actor-singer Tony Martinez will play his 2,000th performance as Sancho Panza in “La Mancha.” He first played the role in the national company in 1967 and has played opposite a dozen Don Quixotes and 20 Aldonzas since then.
