Larry D. Young has been appointed president and chief executive of EPE Technologies Inc., a Costa Mesa supplier of electrical power protection products. Before his appointment he was chief operating officer. Before joining the company, Young was general manager of the power control division at Eaton Corp. in Milwaukee.
