Child Restraints Recalled: Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. of Chicago announced a voluntary safety recall affecting its Traveler 700 model child restraint, manufactured from January to Aug. 8, 1991. Kolcraft discovered that cracks had developed in some restraints where the arm rest is attached to the seat back. As a result, the arm rest could break. Kolcraft will send Traveler 700 owners a new restraint for free.
