Three D Departments Inc.: The Costa Mesa operator of retail bed and bath specialty stores reported first-quarter earnings of $98,375, or 3 cents a share, down 14% from $113,881, or 4 cents a share, for the same period in 1990. Sales for the quarter ended Nov. 2 declined 4% to $11 million from $11.4 million.
