KIDS, RIBS: Take a hike, Wolfgang Puck. Fred Burrell is on the rise as a king of haute cuisine for celebrities. The owner of Burrell’s Rib Cage restaurants in Santa Ana and Irvine catered several events for Michael Jackson this year at the singer’s ranch near Santa Barbara. Now he’ll handle Jackson’s party there next month for underprivileged children. . . . The rib chef says: “Yeah, we’ll be out there serving barbecue ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken . . . you know--what kids like.”
