Albanian Out of Hospital

TIRANA, Albania — President Ramiz Alia has left the hospital after recovering from a heart attack New Year’s Day, the Albanian news agency ATA said Thursday. It said that Alia, 66, is in good health and will resume full activities after a brief convalescence.
