BANK ON IT: Deposits in all bank branches located in Orange County have increased steadily over the past six years, with bigger jumps coming since the crippled savings and loan industry was restructured in 1989. Banks have been picking up much of their deposits in the last three years from former S&L; customers who became wary of that industry and from their acquisitions of failed thrift branches and deposits, says Anaheim bank analyst Pam Findley-Flor.
