Katrin Krabbe’s lawyer filed an appeal against the world sprint champion’s suspension for tampering with a drug test and said he would produce new scientific evidence to help clear her name. Krabbe and sprinters Grit Breuer and Silke Moeller--all products of the East German sports program--were suspended for four years each for manipulating urine tests in South Africa last month.
