* Oliver C. Boileau, Northrop Corp. corporate vice president and president and general manager of its B-2 division, has been elected a director of the Los Angeles-based aerospace firm.

Boileau, 64, fills the vacancy on the board created by the previously announced retirement from the company and the board of F. J. Manzella, Northrop executive vice president of operations.

Boileau joined Northrop in 1989 to manage the B-2 division and the development and production of the B-2 Stealth bomber, the company’s largest program.
