Filmmaker Oliver Stone will receive the Peace Award from the Southern California Americans for Democratic Action on April 12, 5 p.m., at the Airport Hyatt Hotel, 6225 W. Century Blvd.
Other honorees include law professor Anita Hill, activist and philanthropist Peg Yorkin, Sane/Freeze founder Marvin Schacter and former Santa Monica mayor Denny Zane.
