Play Ball!: This morning KABC (790 AM) radio’s “The Ken & Barkley Company” with Ken Minyard and Roger Barkley will broadcast live from Dodger Stadium, featuring an opening-day breakfast at home plate starting at 5. . . . On NBC’s “Today” show, Joe Garagiola and Willard Scott will be stationed in right field at Baltimore’s new stadium, Camden Yards, to join in festivities with the Baltimore Orioles. . . . “Entertainment Tonight,” on KNBC Channel 4 at 7 p.m., has drafted former Baltimore Orioles’ pitcher Jim Palmer as a reporter for a segment from the new ballpark. . . . Tuesday, the California Angels will be visited by a phantom--”Phantom of the Opera’s” Davis Gaines, who will fly in by helicopter to sing the national anthem for the Anaheim Stadium opening game at 6 p.m. After singing, Gaines will be flown back to the Music Center to make his curtain call at the Ahmanson Theater.
