Stephen B. Goodell has been appointed president of the employee benefits division of Admar Corp. in Santa Ana. Goodell will be responsible for marketing and administration of self-funded and insured products and all operational aspects of the corporation. Previously, Goodell was president and founder of Goodell Insurance Services, vice president of Kelsey National Corp., a Los Angeles-based health benefits corporation, and vice president of administration services for PM Management Services.
