Bryan Austin has been promoted to vice president and manager for the central counties division of the William Lyon Co. He will be responsible for the company’s residential projects being developed in Riverside, West San Bernardino, Los Angeles and North Orange counties. Austin joined Lyon in 1989 and has been the project manager for the central counties division. Before that, he was with the Irvine Co. for nine years.
