New Line Revises Orion Offer: New Line Cinema Corp. announced that it has presented a revised acquisition offer to creditors of Orion Pictures Corp., the critically successful filmmaker that is mired in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. New Line did not describe the nature of its revised terms, but did say that Orion’s creditors committee will consider the proposal on Tuesday in New York.
