2 Firms to Relocate to Marketplace in Oxnard

Two new retail tenants were announced at the Marketplace at Plaza Del Norte in Oxnard.
Cal Spas signed a $565,000 lease for 5,400 square feet, to be occupied in June. The spa concern is relocating from Ventura.
Earlier this month, Pool Club USA opened a 3,300-square-foot store in the same center.
At the Sammis Business Center in Oxnard, Blood Systems Inc. purchased 1.9 acres for the future home of United Blood Services, which collects and distributes blood throughout Ventura County. United will move from its present location in Ventura.
CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. acted as a broker in all three transactions.
