Wherrrrrrrrre’s Johnny?: Several hundred viewers in Visalia missed out on Johnny Carson’s final moments on “The Tonight Show” when a power outage cut their cable service 15 minutes into his show Friday night. Irate fans called the cable company and the local newspaper, voicing their dismay. “This is terrible. We should be declared a disaster area,” said one, while another remarked, “I had a box of tissues next to the TV, waiting. This is horrible. I’m so disappointed I could scream.” An undetermined problem underground caused the outage.
