U.S. to Get List of Trade Restrictions: China will give the United States within the next two months a list of all its trade bans, import controls and quotas--an important step toward resolving market access disputes, a U.S. official said. Chinese negotiators also proposed eliminating certain import licensing requirements and reducing some tariffs.
