Crew Anew: In an unusual legal move, Broward (Fla.) County Sheriff Nick Navarro filed a petition Thursday with the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Atlanta asking the court to reconsider its May 7 reversal of a 1990 Florida ruling that declared rap group 2 Live Crew’s “As Nasty as They Wanna Be” album obscene.
