* Santa Monica-based National Medical Enterprises Inc. has promoted T. Dennis Jorgensen to the new position of senior vice president and director of support services, and Christi R. Sulzbach to vice president and assistant general counsel.

Jorgensen, 47, joined NME in 1977 as director of emergency medical systems for the general hospital division and later served in various positions with the company’s international division. Since 1987, he has served as vice president of administration for the General Hospital Division.
