For patriotic Americans who are flagless, Barron’s Family Restaurant is coming to the rescue. In honor of its 30th anniversary, the Burbank coffee shop is sponsoring an “It’s a Grand Old Flag” drawing on July 1. The winner receives a 100%-cotton American flag that has previously flown over the State Capitol Building in Sacramento, and an all-American deep-dish apple pie. Entry forms are available at the restaurant; the winner need not be present to win.
