FRIDAY ART: The Laguna and Newport Harbor art museums have a few things new going on. One: They’ve both decided to stay open on Friday nights till 8 through the summer. Another: They announced it in their first joint press release, indicating a growing friendship between them. . . . “We had a little fun deciding which one got top billing,” says the Laguna museum’s Ellen Satlof. “But we’re both excited about the new hours. Maybe we can make people think of Friday night as arts night.”
