Marion Jones, who declined a position on the U.S. Olympic team, completed a sprint double, winning the 200 meters at The Athletics Congress-USA Junior Championships at Columbus, Ohio. Jones’ time of 22.94 seconds was almost half a second faster than anyone else in the field.
