Monterey Park : Serve on City Commissions

The city is accepting applications for city commission seats through Monday.
Commissions that have vacancies are Art & Culture, Commission on Aging, Community Relations, Historical-Heritage, Library Board of Trustees and Personnel Board. Commissions advise the City Council and meet once a month at night.
Applications may be obtained at the city clerk’s office, City Hall, 320 W. Newmark Ave.
Interviews and selections will be made by the council on July 28.
