* Ralph L. Ozorkiewicz has been elected president and chief operating officer of Wyle Laboratories. He succeeds Charles M. Clough, who continues as the corporation’s chairman and chief executive.

Previously, Ozorkiewicz, 45, was an executive vice president of the El Segundo-based corporation. He also retains his post as president of Wyle’s electronics marketing group.
