San Diego : Plea of Not-Guilty to Molestation

The resident of a group home for retarded adults pleaded not guilty Monday to one count of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl in a Mission Bay park restroom.
Keith Allen Farrar, 30, is charged with one count of child molestation stemming from an incident Thursday near the Vacation Isle picnic area.
Investigators said the girl was attending a picnic with a group of children. Farrar allegedly approached her and another young girl after he had wandered away from a group of retarded adults who were working at the park.
Citing the seriousness of the charge, Municipal Judge Nicholas Kasimatis increased Farrar’s bail by five times. He is now being held in lieu of $100,000.
