Russell A. Freeman, who retired as executive vice president and general counsel of Security Pacific Corp., joined O’Melveny & Myers as senior counsel.
Freeman, who will be located in the firm’s Los Angeles office, will assist the firm in its representation of clients in the banking and financial services fields.
