Nestle to Sell Bottled Water Units: Nestle said it will sell several bottled water brands to comply with conditions set by the European Commission for its merger with Source Perrier. The Swiss food company said brands representing about 20% of the French market, including Vichy, Saint Yorre, Thonon and Pierval, will be sold to an independent third party. The sale of Volvic to BSN continues as planned, Nestle said.
