Flo Jo, the Actress: Olympic Gold medalist Florence Griffith Joyner is off and running on a new career--playing a recurring role on NBC’s daytime drama “Santa Barbara.” Flo Jo will take the part of a world-renowned celebrity photographer who decides to stay on in Santa Barbara after covering a rock ‘n’ roll band. The scenes she started taping Thursday at NBC Burbank will begin airing on Aug. 13.
