Angeles Forest : Campground Reopens

Crystal Lake campground, 25 miles north of Azusa on California 39, has reopened on daily basis as a result of extensive repairs to faulty pipes that were suspected of contributing to parasite problems in the water supply.
The campground was closed to the public last fall and had opened on weekends in recent months. Water at all of the campground facilities is now safe, officials said.
