Ready to Roll: Doctors on Monday pronounced pop star Michael Jackson fit and ready to resume his British tour, after an illness forced him to cancel a concert in London at the last minute Saturday. An aide, speaking at Jackson’s central London hotel and surrounded by dozens of fans imploring him to “tell Michael we love him,” said the pop star had been suffering from a viral infection. He is scheduled to perform Wednesday in Cardiff.
