Ruth Eisen has been promoted to managing counsel for business and corporate affairs for Hyundai Motor America in Fountain Valley. She joined the company in 1988 and previously held the positions of corporate counsel and senior counsel. Before that, Eisen was with the law firm of Rutan & Tucker in Costa Mesa in the public law department.
