Sentencing Delayed in Export Case: The sentencing of an Iranian national accused of illegally exporting high-tech equipment to Iran through his Newport Beach company has been postponed to Oct. 19.

Reza (Ray) Panjtan Amiri, 43, pleaded guilty in March to five counts, including submitting false customs declarations for equipment that can be used in making nuclear weapons.
